What is a senior card grader?

Senior Card Graders are experienced professionals who assess the condition and authenticity of collectible cards, such as sports, gaming, or trading cards. They use established grading criteria to assign a grade that reflects the card's quality, which can significantly impact its market value. Senior graders often oversee the work of junior graders, make final grading decisions, and ensure consistency and accuracy in the grading process. Their expertise is crucial for maintaining industry standards and trust among collectors and dealers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a senior card grader, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Senior Card Grader, you need in-depth knowledge of collectible cards, attention to detail, and prior experience in authentication and grading processes.
