Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.

We are looking for a high-leverage Manager of Finance & Strategy, Grading who will partner directly with the Leadership Team to navigate high-growth scaling challenges, optimize the business cost structure, and drive the analytical rigor required to win in a competitive market.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with business line and operational leaders (Presidents, GMs) and lead the finance and business planning processes. You won't just manage the budget; you'll stress-test the business model and identify the "levers" that drive and balance growth with profitability.

  • High-impact position designed for a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable executive decisions.

  • Influence the pricing & promotional strategy , help drive international expansion and model unit economic analysis and marketing metrics optimization (LTV:CAC).

  • Play a key leadership role in annual and long-range planning processes in partnership with other key cross functional leaders (e.g. corp development, product, sales and operations)

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and establish robust KPI reporting to track and provide appropriate visibility

  • Perform ad hoc analysis

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a Strategic Finance role at a high-growth, VC-backed startup.

  • You build models that are dynamic, scalable, and easy for non-finance stakeholders to digest. (examples input driven revenue forecast models, investment opportunities, operations analysis, Marketing ROI, LTV/CAC, M&A etc)

  • You can distill complex spreadsheets and provide a three-bullet executive summary

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage analysis by forming thoughtful and well-informed recommendations that influences key decision making

  • Experience effectively partnering with business leaders to help manage the operational delivery of a business on a day-to-day basis; including budgeting, pacing, forecasting and business plan development

  • Exhibit strong business acumen and sound judgment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Bonus: Passionate about collectibles and/or sports


Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $110,891 - $180,035. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
