We're looking for an Operations Processor for our PSA Autograph Partnerships Programs. The right candidate will take a leading role in growing the PSA Autograph Series in 2026 and beyond from within PSA Operations, maintaining reliable processes to support all upcoming series signings. You'll report to the Director of Operations, while working closely on a daily basis with the PSA Autograph Partnerships team on a regular flow of projects. This is an hourly, on-site position, based in Southern California at our Santa Ana, CA, office.
What You'll Do:
Organizing and cataloging incoming submissions for PSA Autograph Series signings and additional PSA Autograph partnered programs, with the ability to be hands-on with order processing at various steps within the PSA operational flow. Versatility and a willingness to learn is key in a position with growth potential.
Who You Are:
Ability to multitask, manage time, work under pressure, and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent team-oriented, can excel with interpersonal and interdepartmental communication skills; can communicate clearly and intelligently with other departments and others outside of the organization, and has a desire and willingness to work with others. Can work seamlessly with multiple teams within PSA's Operations flow.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $24.00-$26.00/hr. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
