The Call Center Representative is responsible for contacting homeowners by phone, qualifying potential customers, scheduling appointments for free in-home consultations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Successful candidates will be comfortable communicating with homeowners, following proven call scripts, overcoming objections, and maintaining accurate customer information.Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to homeowners and respond to inbound leads from advertising campaigns.
  • Deliver professional scripted presentations to potential customers.
  • Adjust conversations based on homeowner needs and interests.
  • Answer homeowner questions and handle objections effectively.
  • Qualify leads and gather homeowner information, including name, address, and contact details.
  • Schedule appointments for free consultations with sales representatives.
