About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a strategic, hands-on SEM Manager to join our internal marketing team and drive growth for our three in-house brands (PostcardMania, PCM Integrations and Rocket Print & Mail) . This role is not client-facing . Youโ€™ll focus exclusively on building, optimizing, and scaling paid and organic search and paid social programs that support our companyโ€™s own marketing goals.

If you enjoy owning performance from strategy through execution, testing aggressively, and using data to guide decisions, this role is for you.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Own and manage Search Engine Marketing across our three internal brands
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms
  • Manage and scale paid social advertising across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as needed
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, web, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools and dashboards
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in SEM, SEO, and paid media management
  • Proven success managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content optimization
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing B2B services or SaaS
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing
  • Agency or in-house marketing experience (or both)
