  • At least 2 years managing $10M+ annual search budgets within a B2C e-commerce environment utilizing manual and automated bidding strategies.
  • Experience managing Affiliate marketing.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a proven ability to partner across marketing channels to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Proven experience managing both manual and automated bidding strategies, with a clear understanding of when to apply each to achieve performance goals.

Key Competencies:

  • Affiliate/Paid Search Strategy: Adept at identifying and communicating optimal Search opportunities across the full consumer journey. Deep understanding of SEM fundamentals, including bidding strategies, auction dynamics, keyword strategy, and in-platform optimization levers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Driven by a strong desire for growth, consistently applying feedback to enhance performance and skills.
  • Impactful Decision-Making: Leverages strong business judgment to prioritize and articulate initiatives with the greatest bottom-line impact.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Transforms raw performance data into strategic recommendations that optimize campaigns and drive results.
  • Effective Communication: Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and compelling articulation.

What We Offer:

  • The stability and resources of an industry-leading company successfully operating for 25 years, with the agility and innovation of a startup, allowing you to make a significant impact and shape our future.
  • Growth & Development – Each team member has a visible and immediate impact on the business, offering abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth as we scale in size and sophistication.
