  • Keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and link building to grow organic visibility and AI-driven search presence
  • Lead generation campaign planning, including email campaigns and gated content offers such as white papers, guides, webinars, and product-focused resources

  • Own keyword research, audience targeting, landing page direction, and testing plans to improve conversion performance and lead quality
  • Monitor, test, and iterate campaigns to improve CAC, ROAS, and revenue contribution
  • Lead on page SEO and GEO improvements, content optimization recommendations, and link building efforts to steadily grow organic and AI-driven search presence
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns that include email blasts and nurture-style sequences, aligned to segment and customer needs
  • Partner with Sales and Product Management to align campaign messaging with priority segments, product focus areas, and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to write clear briefs, guide creative direction, and iterate on ad creatives and content assets based on performance
  • Support digital content development for lead generation, including gated assets like white papers, application guides, reports, webinars, landing pages, and downloadable tools
  • Use GA4 and related analytics to track performance, diagnose issues, and surface opportunities
  • Build targeted campaign segments using the company's sales & marketing database and pipeline tracker
  • Track, analyze, and report on channel performance, sharing clear insights and recommendations with the marketing lead
  • Support expansion into new channels over time, which may include additional email programs, experiential marketing, conferences, and other opportunities
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends, bringing relevant opportunities and test ideas forward
  • Lead digital execution through functional leadership, coordinating contributors across creative, content, and channel owners to deliver measurable results

What success looks like
  • Improved lead quality and conversion rates from paid search and shopping programs
  • Increased efficiency in CAC and stronger ROAS
  • Consistent growth in organic and AI-driven search visibility through SEO and GEO efforts
  • Lead generation campaigns supported by strong email performance and compelling gated content offers
  • Clear reporting that links marketing performance to business outcomes and helps guide decisions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on ownership of performance programs
  • Proficient in SEO and paid search, including Google Ads and Google Shopping, with a track record of improving campaign performance

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear briefs and present results to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contributors and vendors, maintain quality standards, and drive accountability
