Paid Media Manager – Google Ads, Google Shopping & Paid Social

LA | Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite | Up to $150k Total Compensation


We're hiring a hands-on Paid Media / Search Engine Marketing Manager with strong Google Ads, SEM, Paid Search, Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center and Paid Social experience.


This is a hands-on Paid Media / Performance Marketing role for someone strong in Google Ads, SEM, Paid Search, Google Shopping and Paid Social who is ready for more strategy, client ownership and team leadership.


The Role

  • Own Paid Media strategy, optimisation and campaign performance
  • Manage Google Ads, SEM and Paid Search campaigns
  • Manage and optimise Google Shopping campaigns
  • Work with Google Merchant Center and product feeds
  • Manage Paid Social and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Analyse performance, testing and reporting
  • Build strong client relationships and provide strategic recommendations
  • Mentor and develop junior paid media team members


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on Paid Media / Performance Marketing experience
  • Strong Google Ads, SEM and Paid Search expertise
  • Hands-on Google Shopping and/or Google Merchant Center experience
  • Experience with Paid Social / Meta Ads
  • Strong campaign optimisation and performance analytics skills
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Client-facing experience
  • Experience mentoring or managing others
  • Agency experience highly preferred


This could suit an existing Paid Media Manager, SEM Manager, Paid Search Manager, Performance Marketing Manager or Senior Paid Media Strategist ready for greater ownership.

Location: LA

Working model: Hybrid, 4 days onsite

Compensation: Up to $150k total compensation, depending on experience
