About the Role

SchureMed is hiring an onsite Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing across all facets - brand & communications, digital, product, and events/tradeshows. You will own the integrated plan, execute campaigns end-to-end, and report the metrics that drive pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Build the annual, integrated marketing plan (goals, budget, calendar, KPIs) and align resources to revenue targets.

  • Brand & Communications: Lead creative development; produce on-brand content across web, email, social, video, print, sales collateral, and convention materials.

  • Digital Marketing: Own website, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics (GA4/Search Console); turn insights into actions that improve traffic, conversion, and CAC.

  • Product Marketing: Translate features into clear positioning and messaging; create datasheets, web pages, and sales enablement; run launch plans.

  • Events/Tradeshows: Plan and execute tradeshows, conferences, and webinars (logistics, vendors, pre/post campaigns, lead capture, ROI reporting).

  • Performance & Reporting: Define dashboards, track funnel and sales trends, and recommend initiatives to expand market share and retention.

  • Cross-Functional: Partner with Sales and Customer Service to improve lead quality, customer experience, and post-event follow-up.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and trends; surface insights to sharpen positioning and creative.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years in at least two areas: digital marketing, product marketing, events/tradeshows, or marcom.

  • Excellent writing/editing, project management, and analytical skills; data-driven decision maker.

  • Tools: SEO/SEM, GA4, Search Console, CRM/marketing automation, CMS; basic design tools a plus.

  • Nice to have: B2B, healthcare/medical device, tradeshow/vendor management, basic HTML/CSS.
