Job description

Position Title:Marketing Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports To:Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Scope: Responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across all channels, in support of the strategy set by the VP of Sales and Marketing. This includes marketing support for Contract Manufacturing services, SEO/SEM content and keyword execution to grow traffic, and management of social media channels.

Essential Duties:

Execute and manage day-to-day social media marketing initiatives across platforms.

Support company-owned brand campaigns, including product launch coordination, product support content, and creative execution across channels.

Support contract manufacturing marketing and white label needs, including advertising, web-based resources, social media, and collateral.

Supervise management and merchandising of Uckele-owned brands and white label offerings, including product presentation, catalog and web merchandising, and brand consistency across channels.

Manage day-to-day PPC tactics and execution to increase traffic, revenue, and margins, within the strategy set by the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Track marketing budget spend against approved line items and flag variances.

Coordinate trade show logistics, supported marketing materials, and event execution.

Monitor and optimize keyword coverage, account structure, negative keyword strategies, bidding strategies, and ad copy messaging.

Execute landing page updates, multi-variate tests, and media plan implementation.

Design and run consistent, high-velocity A/B tests and report results.

Prepare monthly budget and performance summaries for the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Maintain working relationships with search engine and paid media partner representatives, and utilize their resources.

Collaborate with internal Product and Development teams on marketing needs.

Stay current with SEM industry trends and share relevant updates with the marketing team.

Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to exchange data observations, key insights, and creative ideas.
