We're looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to own our search strategy, grow our online presence, and make a measurable impact on our business.
This isn't a role where you'll simply follow a checklist. You'll help shape our digital marketing strategy, influence business growth, and have the opportunity to build something that continues to evolve alongside AI search and emerging marketing technologies.
In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute our SEO strategy to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor website health, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and update website content, landing pages, blogs, and seasonal campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings across multiple service areas.
  • Plan, create, and manage content for our social media platforms while growing engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools, providing recommendations based on data.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is curious, driven, and passionate about digital marketing. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and using data to make informed decisions while creating content that connects with customers.
Our ideal candidate has:
  • 2-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
