While the sales representative focuses on building relationships and identifying business opportunities, technical teams provide in-depth product knowledge and assist in designing tailored security solutions. Effective collaboration ensures that client requirements are accurately understood and that proposed solutions are both feasible and effective. This partnership is crucial during product demonstrations, proof-of-concept sessions, and when addressing complex client questions.
