Job description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of the interior and exterior of the large home, including the swimming pool, tennis court, and carriage house; daily inspections and proactive repairs.
  • Coordinate with contractors as needed and advise management when specialists are required for complex repairs.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Maintain all vehicles, including paperwork and seasonal cleaning.
  • Plan and execute seasonal deep cleaning of the interiors โ€“ upholstery, fireplaces, HVAC systems, air ducts, etc. โ€“ with specialty vendors and housekeeping staff.
  • Run errands as necessary.
  • Assist housekeeping staff with laundry, ironing, and organization.
  • Provide occasional driving services when required.
  • Create weekly reports on maintenance and repair expenditures for accounting and management.
  • Assist Principals with home organizational projects, including packing and unpacking for trips and seasonal relocations.
  • Manage inventory of perishables, pantry items, medicine supplies, toiletries, and dry goods.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • At least 5โ€“7 years of experience in an estate management or equivalent role.
  • Local to the triโ€‘state area.

Twoโ€‘bedroom apartment available for the selected candidate.

Schedule & Compensation

WednesdaytoSunday, flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. Salary range: $220,000โ€“$300,000 plus benefits. Immediate start.
