Job Summary
The Senior SAP APM / SAP Commissions Developer will serve as a hands‑on technical contributor responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of SAP Agent Performance Management (APM), formerly known as Callidus ICM. This role focuses on independent build activities, technical troubleshooting, reporting, and close collaboration with customers and offshore teams to deliver high‑quality SAP Commissions solutions aligned with business requirements.
Experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP APM / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
• Proven experience delivering SAP APM solutions in complex enterprise environments

• Collaborate with offshore teams by providing technical guidance and implementation specifications
• Mentor junior team members and support faster issue resolution
• Work directly with customers to respond to ad‑hoc technical inquiries and support needs
• Ensure solutions follow organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
