The SAP EHS Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, integration, and support SAP Health & Safety (EHS) solutions as part of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.The role requires hands-on experience in SAP EHS solution design, business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery

Responsibilities
  • The individual will work closely with Safety, Operations, Asset Management, Compliance, business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to define requirements, recommend SAP best practices, and ensure successful deployment of EHS capabilities.
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in Incident & Near-Miss Reporting, Risk Assessments & Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Audit & Inspection Management, Regulatory Compliance, Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), Environmental Management, Permit-to-Work Processes, Work Clearance Management (WCM), and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • Experience leading full lifecycle SAP EHS implementations and integrating SAP EHS with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP is required.
    The SAP EHS Lead will provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle, lead fit-to-standard workshops, support data migration, testing, deployment, and change management activities, while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
Required Skills
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of SAP EHS experience, including at least 3 end-to-end SAP EHS implementations and proven greenfield S/4HANA experience.
  • Utility industry experience is mandatory, including knowledge of electrical safety, substation and distribution operations, contractor safety, confined space entry, work permits, lockout/tagout procedures, transformer oil handling, environmental compliance, and utility safety regulations.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 98,000- CAD 185,000

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
