Role summary

We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca and SAP testing to support enterprise-scale transformation and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test assets, validating end-to-end business processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP and integrated enterprise applications.

Your role
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Create reusable automation modules, libraries, and data-driven test assets to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Automate critical business workflows and complex end-to-end test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
  • Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and troubleshoot failures through detailed root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and developers to validate integrations across SAP and connected systems.
  • Support defect tracking, triage, and lifecycle management while ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and automation best practices to support quality assurance objectives.
Your skills and experience
  • 5+ years of overall experience in Quality Engineering and Software Testing.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Experience testing SAP applications with expertise in at least one functional area such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), or Plan-to-Stock.
  • Strong knowledge of integration testing methodologies and validation of end-to-end business processes.
  • Experience designing data-driven and parameterized automation frameworks and test scenarios.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills with the ability to identify root causes efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Certification.
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP modernization initiatives.
    • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application integration projects.
    • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and test management tools.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $68,911 - $161,544

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
