Bringing smiles is what we do at TTEC for you and the customer. As a Sales Trainer working onsite in Athens, Greece, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What Youll be Doing

Looking for an opportunity to be part of a team that delivers excellent sales training? You'll support a leading software company by conducting training sessions, workshops, or classes using various techniques such as presentations, group discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Along the way, youll adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
You'll report to the Sales Manager. Youll contribute to the success of the business as you work closely with internal partners and subject matter experts to identify training needs and align initiatives with client goals.

During a Typical Day, Youll

Learn about our goals, timeframes, and requirements associated with each training goal
Consolidate all necessary data to deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following client requirements and company standards
Provide individual coaching or mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance, offering guidance to support individuals achieve their learning goals
Schedule training sessions, manage resources, maintain records, and prepare reports
Identifies training needs by analyzing results and partnering with clients to create action plans and improve success metrics
Facilitate new hire training, applicable client training, and customized refreshing coaching sessions as you are responsible for training performance

What You Bring to the Role

2 years of experience as a trainer of adult learning programs or experience in a similar position within human resources, sales training, or employee development
Training and platform skills encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
Great knowledge of an inside sales or contact center sales organization
Experience with learning management systems and sales enablement tools and practices
Nurture an inclusive learning environment with your coaching, reporting, and analysis skills
Customer and employee-focused mindset
Computer experience using Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace
