Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $85 - $90 on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a GTM Strategy Manager to drive go-to-market initiatives, enterprise sales programs, and strategic sales execution for high-growth SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GTM strategy, sales strategy, sales operations, and cross-functional program management, partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to accelerate pipeline growth, improve forecasting, and optimize enterprise sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies and enterprise sales programs.
  • Identify high-value accounts and collaborate with field sales on account planning, discovery, and proposal development.
  • Deliver sales enablement on Enterprise Agreements, sales processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data, develop business recommendations, and prepare executive-level presentations.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, measure program performance, and report on key GTM metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and business outcomes.
Must-have Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise sales teams and customer-facing engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS go-to-market strategy, sales planning, and customer engagement.
  • Experience developing sales programs, enablement initiatives, and strategic growth plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and executive presentations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Business Operations, or Corporate Strategy.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B Technology, or Cybersecurity organizations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise agreements, sales negotiations, and commercial strategy.
  • Background in executive business planning, market analysis, and strategic growth initiatives.
