Trillium Flow Technologies, founded on a legacy of premier products and services, provides mission-critical valves, pumps, and aftermarket services for core societal infrastructure that includes water and wastewater, power generation including nuclear power, food and beverage, oil and gas equipment and general industry. Trillium is very customer centric to meet specific needs, provides innovative engineering design with a global footprint that is focused on meeting our customers' original equipment and aftermarket needs.
The Global Sales Manager is responsible for driving worldwide sales growth for our actuator business, developing strategic plans, and managing key customer relationships. This role oversees global sales activities, coordinates with regional teams, and ensures alignment with corporate objectives to maximize revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
-Develop and execute global sales strategies for actuators to achieve revenue and -margin targets.
-Identify and pursue new market opportunities across multiple regions.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
-Provide leadership and guidance to regional sales teams to ensure consistent execution of sales plans.
-Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions.
-Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior leadership.
-Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to support product positioning and customer needs.
-Negotiate major contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
-Represent our actuator business at international trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and global trade regulations
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial sales, with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role.
-Proven track record in managing international sales and building strategic partnerships.
-Experience in valve or flow control products.
-Experience in North American industrial markets (oil & gas, power, chemical).
-Prior Nuclear Experience
