Purpose
The Associate Director, Global Sales Execution plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, strengthening front line effectiveness. The Associate Director will support Director of Sales Execution in driving the strategic direction of the GTB Sales organization by delivering actionable insights, conducting in-depth analysis and supporting the design of strategies to optimize sales performance in close collaboration with key stakeholders to align sales initiatives with both company and GTB wide objectives, including Sales Effectiveness, Operations, Business Analytics, Enterprise strategy, Finance, product and Global Markets and Banking.
What You'll Do
  • Interface with key areas in GTB and Enterprise, to ensure consistent application of Sales processes, performance standards across our footprint
  • Ensure our Global Sales team has access to the appropriate reporting tools, leveraging Client Relationship Management systems
  • Ensure consistent deployment of our global Sales coverage model across Client Segments including but not limited to portfolio creation, client assignments, score cards
  • Cross-functional collaboration, act as liaison between Sales, product, operations and other key departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Ensure our global sale teams are delivering against agreed upon KPIs and performance metrics by providing access via globally consistent dashboards, in close partnership key internal stakeholders
  • Direct day-to day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank's risk culture and relevant risk appetite statements and limits. Communicate Bank's risk culture and appetite throughout the teams
  • Operates in accordance with Scotiabank's values, its Code of Conduct and Global Sales principles ensuring adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations related to operations, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of experience across analytics, business management and transaction banking
  • Proven ability to lead global initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient with CRM systems, sales analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously in dynamic environment while building scalable processes
  • Collaborate with product, implementation, operations and sales teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end deal execution
