As we continue to expand our partnership with AT&T, we are looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team and help us elevate the customer experience while driving sales performance. 

 

As a part of the Full-Time Sales Associate team, you will be responsible for directly engaging with current and potential customers, promoting AT&T’s products and services, and building meaningful relationships, contributing to the growth of our business. We’re looking for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and helping customers find the best solutions for their connectivity needs.

 

Full-Time Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Directly engage with residential customers and assist them in finding the right AT&T products and services that meet their needs while achieving sales targets 
  • Build meaningful relationships with current and potential customers by listening to their complaints or concerns and offering personalized solutions through the sales process.
  • Stay current on all products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and boost sales opportunities
  • Work closely with other Full-Time Sales Associates to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aimed at increasing sales performance
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions to accurately track progress on meeting sales targets and maintain customer retention 
 

Full-Time Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to meet goals independently as well as part of a team
