About the Role
In this role, you'll do more than build reports-you'll transform data into insights that drive business decisions. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen business planning, optimize pricing, and streamline reporting processes. Success in this role comes from combining strong analytical skills with curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for improving how the business operates.
Core Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly and daily sales forecasting processes to improve forecast accuracy and support business planning
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance sales reporting that provides timely, actionable insights for business leaders
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Support pricing administration, including MAP policy monitoring and enforcement
  • Help build scalable reporting solutions and support the future expansion of business intelligence tools
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in business or other role relevant degree
  • 3+ years sales or distribution experience preferred

Computer Skills & Abilities
  • Strong computer skills, specifically proficient in a Windows based system using MS Office Suite products, including Power Point with advanced Excel skills.
  • Sales & manufacturing related software (ERP systems).

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (Bonus Eligible)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
