As the organization continues to grow, we are expanding our Human Resources team to support our employees and ensure efficient HR operations across the company.


We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of our small and mid-sized account segments. This role is critical to executing our sales strategy by driving proactive outreach, increasing customer engagement, and accelerating sales cycles through efficient, high-frequency touchpoints.


Account Management & Outreach:

  • Manage a portfolio of ~100–150 small to mid-sized accounts.
  • Conduct proactive outreach every 2–3 weeks via phone, email, and CRM tools.
  • Build strong relationships to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Sales Execution:

  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Support pipeline growth and contribute to overall sales targets.

Customer Enablement:

  • Drive adoption of self-service tools and customer portal solutions dejavoo.io.
  • Educate customers on products, features, and processes to improve utilization.

CRM & Activity Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
  • Follow structured scripts and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales Engineers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Operations.
  • Coordinate on technical demos, onboarding, and customer follow-ups.
  • Align with marketing and demand generation initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales cycle reduction.
  • Growth in account revenue (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Customer engagement frequency and coverage.
  • CRM data accuracy and activity tracking.
  • Customer satisfaction (target ~4.5/5).

Required:

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, account management, or customer success experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach and multitask effectively.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred:

  • Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and structured outreach cadences.
  • Exposure to technical sales support or working alongside sales engineers.
