Inside Sales Operations Admin - Hybrid Schedule (3 On‑Site / 2 Remote)

Job Details
The Inside Sales Operations Admin supports Attalon’s Sales organization by managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating customer onboarding, and providing essential administrative and operational support. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive timely, high‑quality service and helps maintain strong customer relationships. It is a cross-functional position that collaborates closely with Sales, Program Management, Operations, Legal, Contracts, and Finance to keep processes efficient and customer-focused. Occasional travel to conferences, symposiums, or trade shows may be required.

Responsibilities
• Customer onboarding and completion of supplier/customer forms.
• Manage and maintain customer portals.
• Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate customer information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high-quality, timely service in alignment with Attalon’s policies, procedures, mission, and values.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales department, including report management and handling customer communications.
• Analyze sales data and track sales transactions and related information.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the Sales team.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Operations, Legal, Contracts, Finance, and other internal teams to gather information and provide customer updates.
• Perform proactive, self-directed daily follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Perform additional Sales, Customer Service, or Order Management duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
• 6+ years of relevant administrative, business, customer service, sales operations, or inside sales experience.
• Relevant administrative, business, or customer service experience.
• Experience working in sales operations, inside sales, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage priorities, and proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with customer portals, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
• Strong analytical skills, customer-service focus, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
