The Role and Impact
As a Sales Operations Global Process Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Intel's projects and programs by providing analytical expertise and process management support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, tracking progress, monitoring objectives, and developing project management infrastructure to ensure seamless execution. By leveraging advanced data visualization techniques, you will transform insights into actionable strategies that help teams meet their goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the execution of project/program objectives.
  • Assess resource utilization, track project progress, and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify performance gaps, manage risks, and ensure compliance with organizational processes and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain project/program management infrastructure, including issue tracking, reporting, dashboard monitoring, and project plan builds.
  • Create advanced visualizations and reports to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders for optimal decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project/program managers to implement objectives and support variable aspects of projects.
  • Provide recommendations for improving project management processes and staying ahead of emerging business trends.
  • Lead the global strategy and execution of the Sales Operations transformation to a modern managed services model.
  • Design and operationalize the future-state operating model, governance, and performance framework.
  • Partner with product, technology, and AI teams to shape the Agentic AI vision and embed AI-driven capabilities that leapfrog sales ops into next-generation operating practices.
  • Define and sequence the multi-year transformation roadmap, including funding, prioritization and approvals.
  • Drive disciplined transition planning and execution, ensuring business continuity throughout transformation waves.
  • Lead the orchestration of cutovers, readiness checkpoints, and deployment cycles during quarter-critical and high-risk periods.
  • Oversee stabilization phases, ensuring rapid issue resolution, performance adherence, and a seamless shift to steady-state operations.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and governance models that institutionalize transition excellence across SMG.
  • Own go-live readiness, deployment execution, and continuity during quarter-critical cycles.
  • Ensure smooth operational handoffs, early-life support, and sustained performance after transition.
  • Integrate AI automation and predictive tools into workflows to drive speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Modernize processes across people, technology, and vendor ecosystems to improve efficiency and execution quality.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, BMG, CPG, and regional teams to enable sustainable transformation.
  • Influence senior leaders through data-driven insights and clear, concise communication.
  • Represent Sales Operations Transformation in senior-level forums and executive escalations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of hands-on experience in business domains, project/program management, or data-driven methodologies, OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of applicable experience, OR a PhD with 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project/program management techniques and analytical methodologies.
  • Proficiency in AI (e.g. Copilot, Gemini), data visualization tools including Power BI, and software for reporting and insights delivery.
  • Strong ability to conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with project management systems and practices for tracking progress and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working cross functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Skilled in vendor governance, vendor management, complex stakeholder alignment and change management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders across diverse teams.
  • Experience in dashboard monitoring, deck building, and storyboarding for executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in business operations and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
