You will initially manage both sales and operations, with the potential to transition into a full-time sales role as the company grows.ย

Your Role:ย 

Youโ€™ll start by handling both sales and operational duties with the aim of transitioning into a sales-only role over time as we grow.ย 

Initial Responsibilities (Sales & Operations):ย 

  • Lead generation and exceeding sales goals.ย 

  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.ย 

  • Preparing quotes, pricing schedules, and submitting contracts.ย 

  • Building client relationships through networking events and outreach.ย 

  • Developing and executing an operations strategy aligned with company goals.ย 

  • Overseeing finances, scheduling, and quality assurance for projects.ย 

  • Implementing a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff.ย

Future Responsibilities (Sales-Only Focus):ย

  • Attending and representing Spray Foam Genie at a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year.ย

  • Sales experience, coupled with a deep understanding of both sales processes and operations dynamics.ย

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.ย 

  • Superb interpersonal skills, allowing you to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.ย

  • Willingness and ability to pass a pulmonary fit test.ย 

  • Willingness and ability to work in tight spaces, including attics.ย
