Job description

Full-Cycle Sales Closer

Uncapped Commissions | W2 & 1099 Options Available | Training & Mentorship

Upright Restoration is a locally trusted construction and restoration company built on quality, reliability, and integrity.

With decades of combined experience, our team is committed to delivering high-level craftsmanship, transparent communication, and a customer-first experience on every project.

We don't just fix homes โ€” we restore confidence for homeowners by providing dependable solutions and standing behind our work.

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, full-cycle sales professional who can generate their own opportunities, build trust with homeowners, and close deals from start to finish.

This is a door-to-door (D2D) closing role where you will:

  • Prospect neighborhoods
  • Identify restoration needs (storm, water, roofing, etc.)
  • Run inspections
  • Guide homeowners through the process
  • Close the deal

If you want a role where your effort directly determines your income and growth , this is it.

Employment Structure
  • W2 Preferred โ€“ Access to benefits like paid time off, vacation, and retirement options
  • 1099 Option Available for experienced independent reps
  • Commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings

We strongly believe in building long-term careers , not just short-term sales jobs โ€” which is why we prioritize W2 team members who want stability, growth, and benefits.

What You'll Do
  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted areas
  • Perform roofing & restoration inspections (training provided)
  • Educate homeowners on damage, solutions, and project scope
  • Guide clients through insurance claims when applicable
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
  • Represent Upright with professionalism, honesty, and clear communication
What We're Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and rejection
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Closer mindset โ€“ you know how to ask for the sale
  • Coachable and willing to learn the restoration/construction process
  • Sales experience preferred (D2D, roofing, solar, or construction is a plus, not required)
Compensation & Benefits
  • Uncapped commissions (top performers earn high six figures)
  • Clear path to leadership roles
  • Hands-on training and mentorship
  • W2 Benefits (Preferred): * Paid time off / vacation * Retirement opportunities * Structured support and stability
Why Upright Restoration?
  • Built on integrity, transparency, and doing the job right the first time
  • Strong reputation for quality work and customer satisfaction
  • A team that values communication, reliability, and accountability
  • Opportunity to grow with a company that's scaling and investing in its people
Who This Role Is For
  • Individuals who want control over their income
  • Competitive, goal-driven personalities
  • People who prefer performance over hourly pay ceilings
  • Those looking for a long-term career in sales, not just a job
Ready to Build Something Bigger?

If you're ready to work hard, get paid what you're worth, and grow with a company that values doing things the right way โ€” Upright Restoration is the place.
