Account Executive (Enterprise Technology Sales) | $120,000–$150,000 OTE | Indianapolis, IN

Build Your Career with a High-Growth Enterprise Technology Company

If you're a driven technology sales professional who enjoys winning new business and wants greater visibility, faster career growth, and uncapped earning potential, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're partnering with a financially stable, founder-led technology company that's expanding its enterprise sales team. Unlike large organizations where you're one of hundreds of salespeople, you'll work directly with leadership, make a measurable impact, and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

You'll sell innovative enterprise technology solutions that help organizations automate workflows, manage assets, improve inventory visibility, and increase operational efficiency across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, education, and government.

If you're looking for a role where your performance is recognized, your ideas matter, and your career can accelerate, we'd love to connect.

Why Join This Company?

This opportunity offers far more than a typical Account Executive position.

  • Join a growing, founder-led organization with direct access to leadership

  • Sell a differentiated technology platform with software, hardware, and recurring revenue components

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

  • Work with enterprise customers across a wide range of industries

  • Help shape the future of a growing sales organization

  • Enjoy a clear path toward expanded responsibilities and future leadership opportunities

What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales process while helping enterprise organizations solve operational challenges through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new enterprise business opportunities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close

  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings and solution presentations

  • Build relationships with IT, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities, and executive stakeholders

  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast

  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

What You'll Be Selling

You'll represent a portfolio of enterprise technology solutions that help organizations improve productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency, including:

  • Enterprise software

  • Workflow automation

  • Asset management solutions

  • Inventory management systems

  • Device lifecycle management

  • Mobility solutions

  • RFID-enabled technologies

  • Smart locker technology

  • Hardware-enabled software platforms

These solutions support organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, education, government, and enterprise IT.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Build a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities

  • Develop trusted relationships with business and technology decision-makers

  • Successfully manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through close

  • Consistently achieve or exceed quota

  • Become a recognized contributor within a growing sales organization

  • Position yourself for expanded responsibility as the company continues to grow

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious, early-to-mid-career sales professionals who thrive in consultative selling environments and enjoy building new business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of successful B2B technology sales experience

  • Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, IT infrastructure, workflow automation, mobility, asset management, or hardware-enabled technology solutions

  • Proven success prospecting and generating new business

  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from discovery through close

  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience selling into enterprise organizations

  • Comfortable engaging IT, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities, and executive decision-makers

You'll Thrive Here If You...

  • Enjoy prospecting and winning new business

  • Like solving business challenges with technology

  • Want ownership of your territory and results

  • Prefer a growing company over a large corporate environment

  • Want your work to have a visible impact

  • Are motivated by uncapped earnings and long-term career growth

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$150,000

  • Uncapped commission plan with strong earning potential

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Paid vacation and company holidays

  • Career development and advancement opportunities

  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture

  • Direct exposure to executive leadership
