Sales Closer for Return Assets

Lauth Investigations International Inc

Indianapolis, IN • On-site, Remote

Contractor

Posted 24 days ago

Job description

Lauth Investigations, Inc. is a premier, licensed, and highly rated corporate private intelligence and recovery
firm with over 30 years of pedigree. Through our Return Assets Division, we specialize in conducting forensic
research to locate abandoned, unclaimed, and lost corporate and personal capital, helping rightful owners
reclaim funds that would otherwise be permanently absorbed by state repositories. We work strictly on a
contingency-fee basis-no recovery, no charge.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced, self-disciplined, and exceptionally consultative Sales Closers to act as Asset
Recovery Specialists. In this role, you will be contacting corporate executives, property heirs, and individual
claimants who have forgotten or unknown assets currently held by state agencies. You will be presenting
verified public record evidence, guiding them through the recovery options, and securing the contingency
recovery agreement.
What We Provide:
Access to pre-vetted, high-dollar unclaimed property leads and owner contact profiles.
Credibility collateral: 30+ year brand history, verified corporate investigator licenses, and structured legal/
claim templates.
Dedicated in-house claim processing staff to handle state filings once the contract is signed.
Aggressive commission structure with fast-start milestones upon contract verification.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured cold and warm outreach to designated asset owners and authorized family members.
Navigate skepticism professionally by presenting public record verifications and explaining contingency
terms simply.
Guide claimants through the administrative paperwork, helping secure necessary supporting documents
(IDs, death certificates, or corporate records).
Deliver signed claim packets to our in-house processing team for state submission.
Requirements
2+ years of high-volume phone sales (inside sales, merchant services, debt settlement, or surplus funds
preferred).
A professional, investigative phone presence-free from high-pressure "salesy" gimmicks.
Experience working successfully as a 1099 contractor with self-directed accountability
Benefits
This position is 100% commission based, commission is 20% paid monthly once claim has been processed.
