Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our business as a Sales Director. 

As a Sales Director you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and maximizing sales potential generated by a team of Account Managers and Program Managers. 

Main Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales strategy and/or business development experience preferably in UK Retail
Product knowledge: Cyber / FL / FI / PI /
Strong staff management experience
Strong leadership and managerial skills that reflect a philosophy of "lead by example."
The ability to coach, mentor, lead and motivate others to meet high performance standards and expectations.
The ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.


We're excited to find a candidate who is willing to start as the Sales Director for our UK market, with an eye towards becoming the Sales Director for International Market in the long-term.
