Inside sales / Office assistant


Artmark Group, a well-established import/export company serving OEM and industrial customers in North America, is seeking a candidate to fill a new position in the sales and traffic department.

This is a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

This role is ideal for a motivated early-career supply chain professional who is comfortable working with numbers and managing multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare sales quotations, and proforma invoices
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions to avoid stockouts or excess inventory
  • Prepare purchase orders as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, preparing customer invoices, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Motivated and detail-oriented person, and eager to learn new tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
