We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts and promoting our services. You will work closely with our Leasing Coordinator to assist in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the sales process by communicating with customers, prospects, and potential residents.
  • Provide potential families with the highest level of customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment that includes working cooperatively with other employees.
  • Meet and exceed 5-Star review goals on a monthly basis.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
