What You’ll Do:

  • Promote Nightingale’s home health services to physicians, hospitals, and the community
  • Collaborate with directors on market strategies and goals
  • Create and present monthly action plans
  • Represent the company at professional and community events
  • Maintain a professional image and strong communication skills
  • Stay current on home healthcare rules and trends
  • Resolve referral source concerns quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of home health or patient navigation experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation and car registration
  • Ability to attend a 2-day in-office orientation
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
