Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour + $0.75 shift differential
Shifts:

About the Role:
Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator! We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting.
Machines in Operation:
  • Demolder Operator- responsible for removing finished products from molds, preparing molds for the next production cycle, and ensuring product quality through collaboration with Peelers and Mixers. This role involves operating equipment safely, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate production
  • Peeler Operator- responsible for operating and maintaining peeling equipment to process customer orders to lengths and thickness. Ensure efficiency, adherence to safely and standards of fast paced manufacturing.
  • Line Operator: transform raw materials into high-quality tile products by operating press machines and ensuring precision throughout the production process. This role combines hands-on work with attention to detail—setting formulas, inspecting quality, and maintaining equipment—while keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machine safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Input and retrieve data from ERP systems.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces.

Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred.
  • Safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed.

Work Environment:
  • Rubber manufacturing facility.
  • Loud, dusty, and not climate-controlled.
  • PPE required: safety glasses, steel/composite toe boots, ear protection.
