Full-Time Production Machine Operator – Rubber Manufacturing

Join a growing rubber production facility offering $18/hr to start (DOE) and strong long‑term advancement for individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and build a trade.

What You'll Do

  • Operate production and manufacturing machinery

  • Perform painting, assembly, and general shop labor

  • Handle industrial materials, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Maintain an organized, detail‑driven workflow

  • Stay focused and attentive to task accuracy and safety
