We are hiring for two shifts: Day & Swing

We are only hiring for full-time work - 40/hr week or more, overtime is available.

Hourly salary range: $20.25 - $26.04/hr*

 

*As of 8/1/2026 there will be a pre-negotiated 3.25% cost of living increase, per the union contract, the starting hourly wage will increase to $20.91/hr.

 

**Wages are DOE, subject to a variety of factors including but not limited to: Union Contract wage scale, prior relevant experience, skilled experience and/or certifications in specific areas of skilled manufacturing. Wage advancement and opportunity are outlined in the CBA.

We are a Union Shop. We are part of the USW Local #289 M (United Steel Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International) Union.

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this position and be able to perform the following essential tasks continuously, for an 8-hour shift.

  • Stand at workstation for entire shift
  • Hold 20LB casting against grinding belt without support
  • Lift up to 50LBS
  • Push castings into saw blade with 40LBS of force
  • Straighten castings with a hammer
  • Work in cold winter and hot summer conditions

Employment is contingent on passing a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen within 24 hours of job acceptance. Pre-employment and random drug screening does not include marijuana.
