A well-established employee-owned rubber manufacturing company in Rootstown is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their 1st shift team immediately!

Schedule:

✅ 1st Shift
✅ Full-Time
✅ Direct Hire

Pay:

💰 $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Maintain production machinery to minimize downtime
  • Assist with general plant maintenance and facility repairs
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions
Qualifications:

✔ Experience with 480V electrical systems
✔ Strong hydraulics troubleshooting and repair experience
✔ General industrial plant maintenance background
✔ Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
✔ Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
