Mancan Staffing is aiding a Cuyahoga Falls rubber company seeking a Manufacturing Assistant with rubber manufacturing experience.
Shift: Mon-Fri, 6am-3:30pm
Pay: $18.00/hr, BOE
Responsibilities include rubber mill work, finishing work and cross training in different areas.
Good attendance, background check required.
Opportunity for forklift training upon hiring. Health benefits after 30 days, plus December production bonuses.
Note: No work with carbon black, as the company specializes in colored rubber.
