Job description

Mancan is working with a company in Berlin seeking a press operator. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based on attitude, attendance, and performance.
1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm with Saturday overtime as needed. Pay is $15 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate molding presses for rubber and plastic components.
- Monitor and control press settings and cycles to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Trim, clean, or otherwise finish molded parts as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods in a hot environment.
- Basic math skills
