Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour shifts
  • Mandatory Friday overtime as production requires (schedule posted weekly)
  • No Saturdays or Sundays!
Responsibilities
  • Operate compression and transfer molding presses safely and efficiently
  • Load rubber material into molds
  • Remove finished parts from presses
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Trim excess rubber (flash) from finished parts
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Ability to stand for a full 10-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work mandatory Friday overtime when scheduled
