Job description

Lead Press Operator

Direct hire opportunity for an experienced Lead Printing Press Operator for night shift at a new location for this established and growing printing company!

Lead Press Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of printing presses and duties will include: setting up and operating presses, loading ink, rolls and other materials, adjust press settings, monitor press operations and inspect materials and product, oversee stacking, sorting and packing of finished product, maintain production records, lead and mentor junior press operators.

Schedule will be 5pm-5am 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on with every other week a 3-day weekend and the opposite week overtime!

Pay range will be $30-$35/hr.

To be successful in this role the Lead Press Operator will have: -Experience as a press operator in printing industry -Lead or supervisory experience -Strong mechanical skills -Strong knowledge of printing press operation -Basic computer skills
