Summary:

The Manufacturing Operator II is responsible for executing daily production activities related to filling, labeling, and kit packaging using both manual and automated processes. This role follows standard operating procedures and good documentation practices to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily production schedules for filling, labeling, and kit packaging operations.
  • Operate both manual and automated production equipment according to established procedures.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good documentation practices (GDP).
  • Communicate production status updates to Leads and Supervisors.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned production tasks.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout manufacturing processes.
  • Handle materials and products safely while adhering to PPE and safety guidelines.
  • Support a clean and organized production environment.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, including cold storage areas up to -20°C.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
