Job description

 MAINTENANCE MECHANIC 

Pay: $22–$25/hr | Full-Time | On-Site

We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Mechanic with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic skills to keep our rubber manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a stable, year-round position with opportunities for long-term growth.


  • What You’ll Do
    • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain presses, slitting machines, curing ovens, and other production equipment

    • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

    • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and identify root causes

    • Maintain maintenance logs and assist with equipment upgrades


What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic skills

  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
