This role typically involves working alongside client HR departments, recruitment marketing teams, and sometimes external vendors, making strong communication and stakeholder management skills essential. Career growth in RPO can be dynamic, with opportunities to specialize in specific industries, take on project management roles, or advance into client relationship management positions.
