THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development leader to own and grow the business with Large OEM and multinational (MNC) partners, spanning the workstation and commercial client segments. This role is responsible for driving the overall customer strategy, including go-to-market planning, key contracts and commercial agreements, financial planning, and long-term growth strategy.
The successful candidate will serve as a senior partner to customers, building win-win, long-term agreements that enable sustainable growth while maximizing value for both organizations. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technology-focused business development (semiconductor experience strongly preferred), with a proven ability to manage large, complex global MNC accounts. Experience across the full product lifecycle is critical, including regional and global engagement, channel enablement, enterprise customer alignment, and sales training.
This individual must communicate effectively and confidently with senior executives, internal business partners, external customers, and functional leaders, and be comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels. Prior experience owning P&Ls, negotiating complex agreements, and driving growth across multiple routes to market is highly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop deep understanding of MNC, channel partner, and enterprise end-customer care-abouts and translate them into effective long-term growth strategies
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive unit, revenue, and market share growth across channel and enterprise segments
  • Manage the account P&L, delivering predictable profitability and sustainable growth across quarters
  • Identify and execute opportunities to grow profitable in-house market share with Large OEM and MNC customers
  • Align cross-functional teams to support customer execution, launches, and lifecycle success

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven experience as a Technology Business Development Leader managing large MNC or multinational accounts
  • Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred
  • Personal computing ecosystem experience (MNCs, channel partners, enterprise customers) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success working across multiple routes to market (channel, enterprise)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Outstanding listening, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and written skills

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
