How you create impact- Drive strategic growth across the U.S. - Oceania sea logistics trade lane
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within Oceania markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding and optimizing customers' supply chains
- Deliver tailored logistics solutions that support customer expansion in the U.S.
- Lead structured, insight-driven business reviews with key clients
- Create high-impact customer experiences across all interactions and touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with regional teams in Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands
- Monitor and manage monthly performance across volume, profitability, and pipeline
- Develop and deliver compelling commercial proposals and customer presentations
- Ensure seamless onboarding and transition of newly acquired business into operations
- Track and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments
- Maintain strong pipeline momentum and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Represent the organization as a knowledgeable and credible expert in the Oceania trade lane
What we would like you to bring- Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade (5+ years preferred)
- Strong background in business development and account management
- Demonstrated experience working with the Oceania trade lane is highly desirable
- Established commercial network within Oceania markets is a strong advantage
- Highly commercial mindset with a track record of winning and growing business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
- Experience collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into action
- High energy, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
