Description:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales performance, production, staffing, customer satisfaction, and financial results. This role requires a hands-on leader with roofing or construction experience who can balance people management, operational execution, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who holds teams accountable, solves problems quickly, and understands how to scale a roofing operation while maintaining quality and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Branch Operations & Leadership

  • Manage all daily branch operations for a roofing location
  • Lead and develop sales reps, project managers, and office staff
  • Drive roofing sales revenue, pipeline performance, and closing ratios
  • Oversee roofing production, scheduling, quality control, and timelines
  • Monitor branch P&L, budgets, labor costs, and profitability
  • Ensure roofing projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
  • Resolve escalated customer service and warranty issues
  • Track and report key KPIs, sales metrics, and operational performance
  • Enforce safety standards, company policies, and compliance requirements
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, crews, and local partners

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive branch sales performance and support the sales team with training, coaching, and strategy
  • Monitor pipelines, closing ratios, and key sales metrics
  • Partner with sales leadership to execute markets specific growth initiatives

Production & Project Oversight

  • Oversee job scheduling, production timelines, and quality control
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company workmanship standards
  • Work closely with project managers and crews to resolve issues quickly

Financial Management

  • Manage branch budgets, labor costs, and profitability
  • Review branch P&L, production costs, and revenue performance
  • Ensure accurate reporting and timely submission of operational metrics

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service from start to finish
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Protect and strengthen the companyโ€™s reputation within the market

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or home services management
  • Prior experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Leadership role preferred

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams
