Capstone Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily coordination of our residential roofing production. Ifyou'repassionate about organization, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience,we'dlove to meet you.

As ouroperationsSupervisor,you'llbe the operational hub connecting customers, field crews, vendors, warehouse personnel, and leadership.You'llmake real-time decisions that keep projects moving efficiently while ensuring every homeowner receives the high-quality service Capstone Roofing is known for.


What You'll Do


  • Direct the daily scheduling and coordination of residential roofing projects.
  • Assign and reassign roofing crews based on production priorities, weather conditions, labor availability, and project progress.
  • Balancemanpoweracross multiple active job sites to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Determinewhen crews should be reassigned or when labor should be reduced due to operational needs.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, inspections, permits, and vendor schedules.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between field crews, customers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and management.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, production, and logistical challenges.
  • Ensure projectsremainon schedule whilemaintainingquality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
  • Maintainaccurateproject documentation usingAccuLynx.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase operational efficiency and production performance.
  • Otherduties as assigned.

What We're Looking For


  • 3+ years of residential roofingor other home services trade withinproductionor operations.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Experience scheduling multiple crews and coordinating field operations.
  • Strongsupervisoryskills with the ability to make sound, independent decisions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Experience withAccuLynxorsimilar CRMsoftware preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
