Weโ€™re expanding in the Tampa market and looking for skilled Commercial Roofing Crews and experienced Foremen with Torch and TPO system experience.
If youโ€™re a seasoned foreman ready to lead or a commercial roofer looking for steady work and long-term growth, we want you on our team!


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Install and repair Torch-down and TPO commercial roofing systems (as well as coatings, single-ply, built-up, and more)

  • Safely remove existing roofing and prepare surfaces for new materials

  • Set up and maintain safety equipment, ladders, and scaffolds

  • Lead or assist crews in day-to-day commercial roofing operations

  • Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget

  • Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized


What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Foremen: Proven leadership on commercial projects; ability to manage crews & ensure OSHA compliance

  • Roofers/Laborers: Skilled in Torch and TPO applications

  • Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in Floridaโ€™s weather conditions
