Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Roofing Repair Specialist join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Field Operations Manager within the Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer callbacks within our Residential Roofing, Siding, and Window division
  • Diagnose and repair roofing issues, including leaks, damage, and structural concerns
  • Install and repair roofing systems (asphalt shingles, tile, metal, and more)
  • Assist with installation of fascia metal, flashing, ridge vents, and related components
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, addressing concerns and explaining repair processes
  • Maintain accurate job records using our CRM system (notes, photos, measurements, materials)
  • Ensure thorough job site clean-up after each project
  • Follow all safety procedures and company protocols


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience working with asphalt shingle roofing systems, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose roofing issues and develop effective repair solutions independently
  • Working knowledge of siding, gutters, flashing, skylights, and common residential leak sources
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with homeowners
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, including accurate tape measure use and metal brake operation
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Comfortable working at heights and on various residential roof pitches.


Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent ladder climbing and working at heights
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
