Job description

Peach State Roofing, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Cincinnati office.

Experience is preferred but, Peach State Roofing will also be willing to train the right individual looking to get in on the ground floor with a large national commercial roofing contractor.

Our office is located in Walton, KY and completes projects throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and the Midwest. The Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the installation and completion of roofing projects, guarantee customer satisfaction, oversee all branch administrative duties, manage branch employee relations and communicate with PSR corporate. This position will report to the Regional Manager.

Peach State Roofing completes projects throughout the United States. Our corporate office is based just outside of Atlanta, GA and we have 25 fully staffed locations nationwide. Peach State Roofing focuses on private commercial re-roofing projects with single-ply and sheet metal installations. Peach State Roofing is widely recognized as one of the countryโ€™s top single-ply commercial roofing contractors.

Duties:

  • Ensuring complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed for all safety and quality measures
  • Address any and all types of problems that may arise during the course of the installation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing material and equipment
  • Managing multiple projects and employees at the same time.
  • Managing daily branch operations
  • Communicate all happenings with Corporate and HR

Requirements

  • Prior roofing experience preferred, not required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Able to lift 50lbs and climb up and down ladders
  • Valid driver's license with no major violations and fewer than 3 tickets in 3 years
  • Authorized to work in the United States (Company will E-Verify)
