Job description

We are a premier, fast-growing roofing company seeking a dedicated Project Manager to own our production pipeline from start to finish. In this role, you take full custody of the project the moment a contract is signed, managing the entire lifecycle seamlessly through to final installation and customer sign-off.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the entire process from post-sale handoff straight through to complete roofing installation.
  • Order all required roofing materials accurately and track logistics to guarantee timely delivery to active job sites.
  • Efficiently map out and schedule installation dates with homeowners, internal crews, and subcontractors.
  • Execute, document, and manage on-site punch list walkthroughs across active roofing projects, coordinating all field corrections for final approval.
  • Take complete ownership of field challenges, handling and resolving any concerns involving clients, installers, and subcontractors.

Hiring Requirements:

  • 5+ years of dedicated project management experience specifically within the roofing industry.
  • Hands-on, practical background with residential roofing installations.
  • Sharp, detail-oriented mindset paired with strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills—completely comfortable handling high-stakes concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors alike.
